Council approved the 2024/2025 operating and capital budget.
Standards of Practice Approved
The Council of the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta approved the Standards of Practice for Physiotherapists in Alberta that were circulated to registrants and the Minister for feedback in 2023 as per section 133 of the Health Professions Act.
The Standards of Practice for Physiotherapists in Alberta will come into effect on January 1, 2025.
Registrants are encouraged to review and familiarize themselves with the approved Standards of Practice that will be available on the CPTA website in November.
