The College’s licensing year runs January 1 to December 31. Practice permits are valid for one year and expire on December 31 in the same year they are issued. Members are required to renew their permit by December 1. Permits renewed after that date will incur a late payment penalty of $75.

Online renewal is available through member services from early October. To renew please ensure:

• You have your user ID and password. Please note - for security purposes, forgotten
   passwords can only be recovered through the College’s online request password function.
• All information in your member profile is correct.
• Enter practice hours and select appropriate permit status.
• Answer declaration statements.
• Pay annual fee.
